[Dream] a dilapidated house - 30th Nov 2014

I was with my girlfriend in some kind of dilapidated house where they apparently lived in.
My girlfriends room had some kind of wooden suspension bridge that was about to break. On this bridge she had a bunk bed.

We were hunted by some people (it was like in the movie 'The Purge' almost?).
Some came into the house and we were hiding until they found us when we had to fight for our life.

Suddenly we were in some kind of school looking place where me and some buddy got an axe that we used to hit other people with while running and saying "smurf you"(som kind of old Swedish(?) gameplay where you say 'smurf you' if you say same thing at same time).

We continued, and finally came to our destination that was some hall with an oval table.
People sat around the table and it was loads of laptops.
We sat in front of each laptop and were gonna use it.

[Dream] Robbed in stockholm - 29th Nov 2014

I was with my family, my girlfriend and her mum.
I felt I'd to pee, so I went peeing and it was spurt all over the places at the bathroom place I were in.

There were loads of pickpockets and I lost a chain from my back pocket.
My phone I still had in the pocket, but somebody had changed the theme in it, or it changed itself because it wasn't as it used to be.
My wallet were also gone.
I just wanted home, but it was so hard finding out from the shopping place we were in.

[Fragment] Hunted in a meadow - 27th Nov 2014

It was summer and I was in a meadow. I were hiding from somebody that was after me.

The place of this meadow looked like the meadow at my grandpas place in a village 22 km north, but in this dream the meadow was much larger though.

[Dream] Night time at dads house - 24th Nov 2014

I was in my room, in my dads house (where I am right now actually).
It was evening, time was soon 23:00 and I were watching some politic incorrect video on YouTube.
It was decided that two of my sisters friends (females) were coming over to my dads house, they'd just been at the prom or something like that.
Dad went to bed at 23:00 as he were going to start work at 04:30.

The girls came right after 23:00, they had 2 guys with them.
I had a glassdoor into my room and one of the guy was doing funny faces to me and were knocking at the door. I just put my thumb up, but he just continued. I got tired of it and opened the door.
The guys were cocky towards me but left the house quite soon.

Both of the girls were left in the house. They were asking if we have chocolates right before they discovered two packs of After Eights chocolate that they started to open.

It was quite bright outdoors even if there was night (summer possibly).
I was a little cocky towards the girls, they asked me why I am cocky towards them and I lied that I've been counting maths and I'm tired and have headache. Shortly after I said I was kidding and that I use to lift weights.

I had felt very tired and were actually going to sleep, but the bright light and activity with the girls made me more alert.
I was checking in the fridge if there was something to eat, but I couldn't find anything really.

[Dream] Railway, 23rd Nov 2014

Went to bed: 23:59
14 min to fall asleep
First alarm set off at 04:30 where I recalled a dream, walked to the bathroom and wrote it down, then went back to bed and continued sleep until time was around 10:20.


Railway (dream)
I was near the Bergvikens railway.
It was dark outdoor, lots of snow and people.
I was with my girlfriend and we talked english due the people who were outdoors were talking english, they all seemed to come from other countries. It felt like it was some kind of event there.
There was trains passing by on the railway that was quite hard to see, and we talked about how hard it is to see these trains.
There was also zero gravity (or, very low gravity), it felt like we were on the moon almost.


That's all I recalled at morning.

My steps towards lucidity

I think small steps is best. Trying everything at same time may be overwhelming. What I mean is steps such as writing dream journal in morning, doing reality checks, performing techniques in the night, doing all day awareness technique etc.

I've started with be sure to write in my physical dream journal book I've near the bed as fast I remember it when waking up. EVEN if I haven't had any dream I shall write anything to keep the habit.
This, I will continue do until I am sure of it. 

What I later will do, is to learn to wake up in middle of night.
Something I love, is to wake up in middle of night and then instantly go sleep again. I am usually very tired in night when I happen to wake up (sometimes I wake up without any alarm), and I LOVE to fall asleep, it feels so awesome to just let myself fall asleep.
This however, have been causing that times I had in mind to try out a technique where I'm waking up after around 4.5 hours of sleep, I am so tired and I really feel like continue sleeping. And what I've done is to just continue to sleep.
This is something I really should start fix as well.
I think I'll gain lucidity more often by techniques I can do right before REM (rapid eye movement) period, rather than DILD (dream induced lucid dream) technique which I've kind of relayed on in my previous tries to become lucid (which have worked, but not as often I would like to become lucid).

Then I will also try out an app on my phone that will remind me to be aware AND perform quality reality checks during the days.

So, what I have on my prior list is now this (in correct order):
1. Habit to write in dream journal in morning,
2. Wake up in middle of night, and actually go up for a while, maybe go bathroom for a 5 min and then back to bed.
3. Start with All Day Awareness and possibly reality checks, but this focusing on quality! Starting slow with all day awareness to not make it overwhelming.


This is what I've in my mind right now.

One technique I'm interested in is SSILD (senses induced lucid dream), which I will try sometime, before this month ends. What I think of doing is to try out the technique everyday for maybe 1 or 2 weeks and see the results. Then I could move on to another technique to try out. All results I will post on this blog.

First dream journal

Good morning!

This morning when I woke up I could recall a dream fragment, which simply is a small part of a dream, I just remember what I dreamed about, not much more than that!.
I went to bathroom and then  I got back to my room, then I recalled a dream I'd earlier in the night as well!

I use fitbit flex, bought it about 2 weeks ago, so I can see times when I went to bed, when during night I've been up or restless/been moving in bed.
Not sure if I will write up exactly these stats every day, but this is how my Fitbit can tell me:

Went to bed: 02:03
Time to fall asleep: 24 minutes
Times awake: 14
Were in bed for: 8 hours and 18 minutes
Total sleep: 7 hours and 30 minutes

Daniel Radicliffe (fragment):
I was in the grocery store where I currently are employee of. Daniel Radicliffe were there shopping stuffs. It was normal amount of people in the store like a normal day.


Went to mums city by train (dream):
I was at my dads house and I'd planned to go visit my mum who lives in a city (Boden) about 35 km away from here.
I thought to go there with train due it seemed to be the most easisest choice because it would be fastest.
It was summer and I cycled towards the city from dad, but I had to turn back because I forgot money or something.
So I waited at dads home to the time I should start bicycling to get in time for the train.
But once again I forgot something and chosed I shall wait another hour for next train.
I was very unsure if the train were taking cash or credit card, or both. I had no idea if I had to take out cash from an ATM.
I really wanted to go to the city, not only because to visit mum but to workout in the gym they've there that I have access to (fitness24seven), because I've just been there one time.
